Sister Angie Martz and Sister Zetta Whelly were recently proclaimed honourary members of the Saint John and District Labour Council. Each of them received a personal citation which reads:
“Sisters Angie and Zetta’s strong belief in the Social Teaching of the Church has endeared them their to the labour movement. They have taught us that since all are created in God’s likeness, the basic equality of all must receive greater recognition.” Signed: William Farren, President.
